For the latest opening of Chopard in Kuwait, Brand van Egmond was invited to design a unique lighting object. The Holland-based design firm supplies lighting to the leading watch and jewellery firm worldwide. For the latest opening, however, a totally new concept had to be designed and produced, setting a new standard for flagship stores. William Brand, together with Annet van Egmond the founder of Brand van Egmond, was responsible for the overall design and project. The lighting-object is, for Brand van Egmond as well, a “piece of art” in its own right. We made a unique design with no reference to our already existing collection.
